Richard George Penn Curzon, 4th Earl Howe GCVO, TD, JP (28 April 1861 – 10 January 1929), styled Viscount Curzon between 1876 and 1900, was a British courtier and Conservative politician. He served as Treasurer of the Household between 1896 and 1900 and was Lord Chamberlain to Queen Alexandra between 1903 and 1925. Curzon was the eldest son of Richard Curzon-Howe, 3rd Earl Howe, and his wife Isabella Katherine Anson, daughter of Major-General the Honourable George Anson.
