The book explains about the Impact of employees' emotional intelligence on the organisational commitment in the Banking sector considering the complexity of the work in this sector. The book also explains how emotions lead to deviance workplace behavior at times that lead the employees demotivated and hence low organisational commitment. In order to study the same, 6 Banks were taken into consideration with a blend of primary and secondary research on 150 employees working in different banks, both public and private sector. It was concluded that employees low in emotional intelligence have low organisational commitment as compared to employees who leave their emotions at side have high organisational commitment.
