Keith Jerome Jackson (born April 19, 1965 in Little Rock, Arkansas) is a former professional American football tight end who played for the Philadelphia Eagles (1988-1991), Miami Dolphins (1992-1994), and Green Bay Packers (1995-1996). Jackson played for the University of Oklahoma from 1984 to 1987, where he was nicknamed "Boomer Sooner".
