In the present study, with the help of modeling steel structures in two types of height 21 meters (7 story structure), with the help of soft SAP2000 software and performing nonlinear static analysis (PUSHOVER), the performance of the structure should be evaluated in four modes of mass, metal (yield), friction and steel bending frame system without damper. In the end, it was found that in the criteria; a) Displacement of the center of mass of the roof structure, b) reaction force of the abutment, c) base shear force, d) roof tension of the first floor of the building and e) capacity (cover diagram), in a 7-story structure, metal damping system (yield) caused the performance level of the steel structure to be at the highest level compared to the other three systems.
