Victorino Márquez Bustillos (1858–1941), was a Venezuelan lawyer and politician, and was provisional President of Venezuela from 1914 to 1922. Although Bustillos was elected by Congress, General Juan Vicente Gómez remained the real power behind the presidency. Márquez was born in 1858 in Guanare in Portuguesa State. were his parents Victorino Márquez Unda and Virginia Bustillos Andueza, was married to Enriqueta Iragorry Briceño. Initiated his career in Trujillo, under the direction of the caudillos Juan Bautista Araujo and Leopoldo Bautista.
