Hussein Refki Pasha Ahmed Hafez Mohammed Hafez (1876–1950) was an Egyptian military general and political figure. Hussein Refki Pasha served as Egypt's Minister of War and Marine from December 1937 to April 1938, during the early reign of King Farouk I of Egypt. He served previously in the royal court as Chief Aide-de-Camp to King Fuad I of Egypt, commanding the King's Maison Militaire (military household) and overseeing the royal guard, palace infantry corps, palace cavalry corps, and other special military units. A street is named for Hussein Refki Pasha in the Sarayat El-Quba neighborhood of Heliopolis, Cairo.
