Eduardo Barraza (born February 24, 1979 ) is a Mexican film and television director. He has a degree in mass media from Itesm. He and his wife, Beny Treviño, founded the Film Chihuahua Studios. He is the first Mexican writer to be a runner up in the Screenwriting Contest at the Beverly Hills Film Festival. Eduardo Barraza was born in Chihuahua, Chihuahua, and has lived there since 1980 with his family in Agua Prieta, Sonora, a small border town close to the U.S. city of Douglas, Arizona. Eduardo Barraza is a devout Catholic and promotes the "Faith, Hope, and Charity" content in the Mass Media Productions. He is a professor in the La Salle University of Chihuahua.
