The purpose of this study was to compare the effect of resin-based (AH Plus), MTA and tricalcium silicate- based root canal sealer (BioRoot RCS) sealers effect on immediate and delayed postspace preparation. Within the limitations of this study, the following conclusions can be drawn: • The quality of the root canal filling is important to maintain the integrity of the apical seal during post space preparation. According to the results delayed post space preparation causes more apical microleakage. • The results of the present study showed that microleakage of AH26 was significantly less compared to MTA and BioRoot RCS. Further investigations are required to predict the outcome of the study.
