He is an associate professor at Lingnan University (Hong Kong), and writes in both English and Chinese. By the Way, Dr. Zheng is the Warden of Hostel F in Lingnan University. Zheng earned a BS in engineering mechanics from Jiao Tong University (Shanghai, 1984), and then completed an MA in philosophy at Renmin University of China (Beijing, 1987) and a PhD in philosophy (Bowling Green State University, Ohio, 1995) with a dissertation entitled Motivation, Deliberation, and Rationality for Dynamic Choice.
