Please note that the content of this book primarily consists of articles available from Wikipedia or other free sources online. Highway 14 is a state highway located in the U.S. state of South Carolina. It begins at an intersection with U.S. 76 in Laurens, South Carolina, and ends at I-26 near Landrum. U.S. 76 was originally routed along S.C. Highway 14 from its terminus in Laurens to Simpsonville. Historic U.S. 76 continued to Greenville along S.C. Highway 417. When U.S. 76 was realigned, taking it through Georgia, the above segment was changed to U.S. Highway 276. U.S. 276 was realigned to the east later on when a freeway, now known as Interstate 385, was contructed connecting Mauldin with Interstate 26 near Clinton. After the realignment of U.S. 276, the old road was reverted to its pre-U.S. designation of S.C. Highway 14.
