Technical Writing is an important aspect of the technical communications. Therefore a guide to learning the techniques of writing is important in order to lessen the burden of every writer. Technical writing has been around since the first technical writer, Cro-Magnon man, was drawing on cave walls. However, most experts would agree that the golden age of technical writing started with the invention of the computer. Vimal (2010) Emphasized, that technical communication existed in some form as early as the twelfth century, when Muhammad ibn Musa Al’Khowarizmi, a Turkish cleric, developed a writing method designed to achieve a specific goal. However, the last five decades have seen an explosion of technical inventions in the field of communication. The advent of computers changed the way documents were created and distributed. These rapid technological inventions also created a demand for clarification of technical information to people from all walks of life.
