Frank Eugene Bliss (December 10, 1852 – January 8, 1929) was a major league baseball player for two games in 1878 for the Milwaukee Grays. He played one game at catcher, making one error, and one game at third base, with no errors. He was 1 for 8 with one run scored. Bliss played college baseball for the University of Michigan. He is buried in Janesville, Wisconsin. Major League Baseball (MLB) is the highest level of professional baseball in the United States and Canada, consisting of teams that play in the National League and the American League.
