The book gives a brief overview of the various ways of dispersing liquid and justified the use of centrifugal jet nozzles with inclined input channels for spraying contaminated process fluids. The authors have proposed a plenty of new designs of nozzles, a theoretical and experimental study of fluid flow in them, according to the definition proposed by the main geometric characteristics. The nozzles were used in the sugar industry for dispersing raw sugar containing solutions.
