Culture involves the symbols, language, norms, values, and artifacts that characterize any society and that shape the thoughts, behaviors, and attitudes of the members of the society. This book analyses some traditions found within a given Culture in a Zambian society governed by a Chief or Chieftainess. Also, the book looks at the link between Culture, environment and Tourism. Furthermore, it brings out the role of traditional leadership in National gouvernance. The book also looks at language as a component of Culture. The book further looks at the social values, moral values, religious values, political values, aesthetic values and economic values. In this book i also propose ways on how traditional Ceremonies could be improved to bring about more tourists for national development. This book is an act of understanding and searching into the 73 ethic groups or languages across Zambia. These ethnic groups have lived in harmony before and after Zambia’s Independence of 1964.
