Hussey Crespigny Vivian, 3rd Baron Vivian, GCMG, CB, DL, FRGS (19 June 1834 – 21 October 1893) was a British diplomat. Born at Connaught Place, London, Vivian was the eldest son of Charles Vivian, 2nd Baron Vivian and was educated at Eton College. In 1851, he became a clerk in the Foreign Office, later travelling to Paris with George Villiers, 4th Earl of Clarendon in 1856 for the signing of the Treaty of Paris and with John Campbell, 2nd Marquess of Breadalbane to Berlin in 1861, to invest William I of Prussia with the Order of the Garter.
