This study is about the Engro Foods Limited, which was officially launched as a fully owned subsidiary of Engro in 2004. Engro food used dairy as a stepping stone to enter into the food business, the Company has established state-of-the-art processing units in Sukkur and Sahiwal, along with an ice cream production facility in Sahiwal. Engro food is very swiftly moving towards the top by its high-quality brands like olper’s, olwell, Tarang, omore and owsum. To support these brands and their highest standards of quality, Engro Foods has invested heavily in milk processing and milk collection infrastructure. Within very short time Engro foods has become the market leader by trumping the Swiss giant Nestle and other competitors. This study also high lights some of the problems of Engro Foods. The data which I gathered in this study would be help full in finding the reasons which cause omung Lassi’s failure. By getting to the bottom of these problems omung Lassi could be a great hit.
