The aim of this research is to deconstruct the priorities of design actors with regard to digital. This professional thesis subject was imposed following the sad observation of a certain mistrust towards digital. During visits to trade fairs such as Maison & Objet, I met designers and design furniture brands who were completely categorical about the idea of offering their products on an e-commerce website. My research was therefore conducted in order to show them the best practices to implement to dare to go digital without compromising their brand image.
