Coronavirus outbreaks have occurred worldwide in the last decades, on 2002-2003 with SARS-CoV and on 2012 with MERS-CoV. At the end of 2019, another outbreak spread from China, with a virus type more similar to SARS-CoV than MERS-CoV virus type, called SARS-CoV-2, becoming a pandemics during 2020 due to its higher infection rate. Although there is still no vaccine, antivirals have demonstrated effectiveness with coronavirus. CoV(C++).pro is a C++/Python software for Coronavirus replication cycle, based on Monte Carlo techniques, which estimates efficiency of antiviral drugs, such as fusion, transcription or protease inhibitors.
