Please note that the content of this book primarily consists of articles available from Wikipedia or other free sources online. The PMI-80 was a primitive single-board microcomputer produced by Tesla Piešťany, Czechoslovakia, since 1982. It was based on the MHB 8080A CPU (a Tesla clone of the Intel 8080), clocked at 1 MHz. Instead of a monitor output, it had a nine-digit seven-segment red LED display showing hexadecimal numbers. The keyboard was a 25-key calculator-type keypad with hex and function keys. The PMI-80 had 1 KB of RAM and the same amount of ROM. An I/O card with a DA-converter and one 0–12 V analog output could be connected.
