Stuart King Hill (born November 8, 1936 in Hamilton, Texas) is a retired American football quarterback in the National Football League who played for the Chicago Cardinals, St. Louis Cardinals, Philadelphia Eagles, and the Minnesota Vikings. Hill is the Marketing Director at Augusta Pines Golf Club in Spring, Texas. After attending Brazosport High School in Freeport, Texas, Hill went to Rice University, splitting time as quarterback with Frank Ryan, who would also go on to play in the NFL. At Rice, Hill distinguishing himself as the one who played more often than Ryan. Hill was the first player selected in the 1958 National Football League draft and spent over thirty-five years in professional football not only as a player, coach and scout, but also as a key figure in the NFL Players Association.
