Within very short time Engro foods has become the market leader by trumping the Swiss giant Nestle and other competitors. This study also high lights some of the problems of Engro Foods. The data which I gathered in this study would be help full in finding the reasons which cause omung Lassi’s failure. By getting to the bottom of these problems omung Lassi could be a great hit.
